MIA Large Double-Layer Plate Heat Recovery Fresh Air Unit: It draws outdoor air into the equipment, filters it, exchanges energy, and then delivers it indoors. Simultaneously, indoor air is extracted, undergoes energy recovery, and is discharged outdoors, achieving whole-house air purification and replacement while maintaining indoor temperature and humidity. The box of the full heat exchange unit adopts an aluminum frame structure with double-layer thickened galvanized steel plates, sandwiched with high-density fireproof cotton, ensuring high overall box strength, superior insulation performance, and safety reliability. Equipped with a high-speed large air pressure 380V fan, it can optionally be paired with a frequency converter for stepless speed adjustment in either simultaneous or separate supply/exhaust modes. An optional smart PM2.5 and CO2 air quality monitoring WiFi controller, along with a Modbus RS485 communication interface, allows the unit to adapt to various installation environments and meet advanced commercial needs such as air quality monitoring, remote control, and centralized building management. The filtration section can be optionally fitted with washable pre-filters and HEPA high-efficiency filters. Multiple washable heat exchange cores are installed across the entire air duct cross-section, ensuring ample ventilation area and reliable energy recovery efficiency.

Each device is equipped with multiple heat exchange cores inside, ensuring sufficient air duct space for high-performance energy exchange, truly achieving energy conservation and environmental protection. PSY high thermal conductivity molecular material can be washed with water to avoid a large amount of consumables, suitable for commercial high-frequency use, effectively avoiding the growth of bacteria due to mold.

High-voltage Electrostatic Precipitator：The high-voltage electrostatic precipitator adopts the pin-type electric field discharge method to replace the traditional tungsten wire high-voltage removal method. The thickness is only 4cm, suitable for various kinds of our models, PM2.5 removal rate is highly to 98%. Also it can effectively kill bacteria to prevent the infection. It can be washed or cleaned with brush, no need to be replaced, greatly save the cost.

高压静电除尘杀菌模块：采用针式电场放电方式，代替传统钨丝高压静电集尘方式，模块厚度仅为4cm，可灵活适用于各种机型，对于PM2.5的去除效率高达98%。维护时可用清水进行湿洗，也可以用毛刷刷去集尘格中的灰尘，无耗材产生可反复使用，无需担心使用成本。

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA-H13) Filter：The thickness of this filter is only 3cm. The plastic frame has higher sealing than paper frame, and we use the environmental friendly imported sealant, no color & odor, to ensure healthy and avoid pollution. The raw material of this HEPA filter is from 3M, European standard H13 level. PM2.5 removal rate can be up to 99.97%, and the large dust holding capacity can save the total cost of consumables.

Primary Activated Carbon Filter：The plastic frame of this filter seals better than the paper frame, and it is only 2cm thick. The filter is made of composite fiber sprayed with activated carbon powder that can filter out dust particle efficiently. The wind resistance of this filter is very low. The method of spraying makes the activated carbon powder more evenly distributed, which can maximize the effect of activated carbon. This washable filter can be used repeatedly and the combination of primary filter with activated carbon can greatly save your cost of consumables.
